Our industry has enjoyed rapid growth with hundreds of new companies offering solar. Many new companies are not experienced with the technologies something clearly evident with their questions and comments within online forums. Many argue MCS accreditation is not a requirement since Octopus Energy began offering its Smart Export Guarantee SEG payments to non-MCS installations, (and have now introduced a £250 fee payable by the homeowner, something these companies rarely disclose)
There are many existing MCS accredited firms that have not kept pace and remain accredited for solar pv technology only,

During every installation there is waste, the team here at Sun Smart UK are committed to waste reduction, recycling and reusing wherever possible. For non-recycling waste Sun Smart UK is registered as an Upper Tier Waste Carrier & Dealer with the Environment Agency.
